| DeLaroche
has constructed portfolios using broad diversification across multiple
asset classes to meet the investment needs of institutional and
individual investors. In many cases, the amount of money necessary
to diversify a portfolio properly may be too large for some clients.
When appropriate, we will establish a private or commingled fund
as a means of providing access to our services on a cost-effective
basis. A commingled fund may benefit from lower investment minimums
and the economies of scale that can come from pooling the assets
of similarly minded investors.
With our private funds:
• We
will not have custody of any assets; a bank or other independent
financial institution will take custody of the assets.
• An
independent accountant will approve any payments from the fund to
us.
• Another
independent accountant will audit the fund annually.
Under SEC rules, access to information on private funds is restricted
to qualified investors. If you wish to see information on our private
fund, you must meet the qualifications and register with us. |
