Privacy of Consumer
Financial Information (Regulation S-P)
We do not disclose, and do not wish to reserve the right to
disclose, nonpublic personal information to affiliates or nonaffiliated
third parties except as required by law. Basically, we will
disclose information to other parties only when it is necessary
to perform our services for you or when directed by you to make
those disclosures.
For our clients, the nonpublic information that we collect includes
Social Security numbers, account numbers, assets managed for
you, and income generated from those assets. In addition, we
may have personal information regarding your beneficiaries.
For our clients, all of the information that we maintain is
in a password-protected computer database or in files in an
office that is locked during nonbusiness hours. We shred any
documents that may contain that information when those documents
are no longer needed.
